Barbero for customers is a free service. Its goal is to help customers find barbers around them, save their times, and reduce waiting at barbershops.

Customers should not abuse the service by joining queues at different barbershops and not showing up. It is expected that some customers will face situations that prevent them from showing up. Neverthless, if a customer abuses the service, Barbero reserves the right to block them from accessing the app.

Barbero is not responsible if barbers cancel a customer's booking or refuse to service. Barbero offers various barbershop options. Customers should choose barbershops and barbers that they are most comfortable with.

Barbero is not responsilble for any injury to customers in barbershops.

Please note that queueing time does not take into account prayer times.

Please note that the displayed waiting time is approximate and is estimated based on the services requested by customers ahead of you. Customers might decide to add or remove services on the spot which might increase or decrease the waiting time.

Barbero is not responsible for the quality of the services provided.
